We offer tailor-made strategy consulting for companies worldwide, accompanying entrepreneurs from their founding to entering a new market, developing turnkey solutions and financing business expansions.
We implement multilateral business partnerships and respect the peculiarities of doing business in different countries.
Starting as a small civil law partnership in Bremen, we have expanded our business activities over 15 years and now operate in several countries, continuing to create new ideas and jobs.

Social Responsibility
Our corporate development follows the "triple bottom line" principle: profit, our team, and the society around us. We are committed not only to increasing profit for our shareholders and CEO, but also to improving the society around us. Following a sustainable business strategy, we have chosen to support talented schoolchildren and undergraduate students as part of our social responsibility to the community. At the initiative of our founder, we award two prizes annually.
The Peter Derleder Prize
is awarded to the best fourth-year undergraduate student at the Faculty of International Law of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent. It was established in memory of the long-serving Judge of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, Prof. Dr. jur. Peter Derleder, who supervised the academic research of our founder.
The Jan Wellmann Prize
is awarded to the best 11th-grade student at Tashkent School No. 60. It was established in memory of our first managing director and long-standing Executive Director of the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
Milestones
Following successful pilot projects in several countries, we are launching a new service: Corporate Security.
We established the Peter Derleder Prize at the Faculty of International Law of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent.
We established the Jan Wellmann Prize at School 60 in Tashkent.
We hosted the Conference 'Business success stories in Uzbekistan' at our office in Hamburg together with the Consulate General of Uzbekistan from Frankfurt am Main.
Our founder was appointed as a lawyer and CSO of the
FC Dynamo Brest.
Our project AF Sports Reactive (2019-2021) regarding exclusive cooperation with PFC Lokomotiv Tashkent achieved full self-sufficiency within one year.
We founded LAUREA GERMANIA's investment fund.
We founded a subsidiary, Media Wallet UG, in Hamburg.
LAUREA GERMANIA moved from Bremen to Hamburg.
LAUREA GERMANIA was appointed as
a Barrett Communications dealer for
Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Following accreditation, we opened a representative office in Tashkent (Certificate No. 3390,
valid from 2016-05-13 until 2025-12-17).
Mr. Sören Abildgaard Croll, a Hamburg-based attorney, was appointed as CEO following the retirement of
Mr. Wellmann (†2017-06-16).
We changed our company name to LAUREA GERMANIA.
Mr. Jan Berend Wellmann, a Bremen-based attorney and long-standing former Executive Director of the Bremen Cotton Exchange, was appointed as Managing Director.
We changed our legal structure from a civil law partnership to a limited liability company (as per the Articles of Incorporation signed in Bremen
on 2012-07-09).
Our founder was appointed as a representative of
FC Rubin Kazan in Western Europe.
Wellmann & Zakirov GbR was established
on 11 November 2010 in Bremen.
